Texarkana, TX – July 25, 2018 – The Bombers kept  the Twins in check for a majority of the game, to win 7-3..The Bombers were able to pull ahead after the Twins could not generate offense in the latter innings. The Twins were able to get on the scoreboard first, as they jumped out to an early 1-0 lead off Hunter Church single. The Bombers responded quickly, with a run in the third inning to tie the game off a Cam Blake single, making the score 1-1. The Bombers were able to turn the game in their favor as the team generated a run on a walk from Dylan Gardner, which scored Alex Nielsen and gave the Bombers their first lead of the game. The Bombers were able to score three runs in the 6th inning to take the lead over the Twins 5-3, at the end of 8 innings. The final runs for the Bombers came in the 9th as they scored a pair on as Sy Snedecker single that scored Chase Kemp and Alex Nielsen to give the Bombers the 7-3 lead. The Bombers next homestand begins July 26th and will feature Fireworks Friday and Star Wars Night on July 27th against the Texarkana Twins.
